BrandForge uses account, business and content information to provide the service, generate creative work and publish content you approve. This policy explains the main categories of information involved.

We may collect your name, email address, workspace details, business information, brand assets, content briefs, generated content and account activity. When you connect Instagram or TikTok, we receive the permissions and account details required to provide the connection.

Payments
Stripe handles payment card details at checkout. BrandForge stores Stripe customer, subscription and transaction references but does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Connected social accounts
You can disconnect a social account from BrandForge. Disconnecting stops future publishing through that connection but does not remove content already published on the social platform.
Sharing and service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, content generation and social publishing. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services or meet legal obligations.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained while your account is active and as needed for legal, security and operational purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information through the support channel provided in your account.
